The Shackle Mounts Are A Part Of The Mounting Surface To The Frame, Extending Through The Bumper Thick Plate Steel On The Inside And Outside Of The Bumper. Note: Frame Flanges Will Need To Be Slightly Trimmed To Install Warn Zeon WInches. When Using A Warn Zeon WInch, The Vacuum Pump Relocation Bracket Is Required.
