AiROCK Air Suspension Combo Wrangler TJ 97-06 4.0 Liter Includes York On Board Air and SwayLOC. If you've been kicking around the idea of equipping your Jeep Wrangler TJ with the coolest and Only active air suspension then now is the time! This combo includes the AiROCK air suspension kit and our new OffRoadOnly Mini On Board Air with York compressor with the air tank kit and air filter kit along with the Remote Controlled Dual rate SwayLOC anti-swaybar with integrated control thru the AiROCK. The rest of the On Board Air kit is complimented with the Tank Kit and Air Filter kit, all necessary to operate the AiROCK. The AiROCK comes with 4 Firestone air springs, manufactured specifically for this application, as well as the mounts to place these into the Jeep where the coils are removed. The range of motion and ride is controlled Via Radflo 2 Inch emulsion shocks which include the bumpstops to cushion at minimal ride height. An electronic height sensor at each corner of the Jeep, mounted on the chassis and sensing the movement of the control arm, reports to the AiROCK Control Unit the range of the motion the Jeep is allowed during calibration and then allows the operator to raise, lower, tilt, etc, the Jeep and return to the preset ride height with extreme accuracy. With the input from the speed sensor, the AiROCK Control unit knows the Jeep speed. Below 30 mph in Manual Mode, the operator can adjust ride height and pitch to their liking?Ǫ. exceed 30 MPH and the AiROCK takes over, levels to the preset on road height and then will watch the heights and when it sees a change, either due to load shift or body roll, the AiROCK Control Unit will adjust to keep the Jeep level and during cornering will adjust diagonal pressure to further reduce body roll. Get to where your going, time to get out, turn the key off and hit the down button and the Jeep will lower to the bumpstops. How low Inch put 35's in place of stock tires, and still get down to below the stock step in height! This system has shocks that allow 9 Inch of travel in the front and 10 Inch in the rear. The on road ride height preset is appx 2 Inch over stock in the front, 1 Inch in the rear. This kit fits all TJ fender flares with 35 Inch tires, 37 tires may contact stock flares, and forward edge of rear wheel well may need to be trimmed to clear. This kit also contains the SwayLOC Dual Rate anti-swaybar for the TJ. SwayLOC has 2 specific torsion bars, one for off-road flexible mode and a second way more aggressive one for the on road ride mode. The change is selected by a latch system that is control via air pressure. With the included harness in this kit, the SwayLOC solenoid will be operated via the AiROCK Control Unit. This allows the AiROCK to automatically open the latch and transition to flexible mode when the option to tilt left or right is selected. And when the Jeep exceeds 30 MPH and the AiROCK Control Unit brings the Jeep to the preset on road height, it will also release the air pressure for the SwayLOC latch and return it to the aggressive control, safe for highway driving mode. All of these components are designed to be bolted on to the Wrangler TJ, there is a very small amount of cutting to install the AiROCK and a few holes to drill. This kit can easily be installed in a driveway over a day or two. Note: There is a lead time on AiROCK kits as they are built to order. Most orders will ship within 2-3 weeks.
